Once you've submitted your booking with us, we will confirm as soon as possible & you will receive priority fulfillment after the event has been completed. Please note our standard refund policy at the bottom of this page. Some events may have a specific policy that will be outlined within the package.

Event Refund Policy

If the specified event is cancelled for any reason, there will be no refund on the package fee. In-leiu of this, the purchaser can either transfer the package special to a previously held event during the current season, or alternately, use against a future event.
